Ever since I started my health journey and lost 400 pounds, I discovered that I wanted to help people just like I needed help.
I started researching how I could help and help people and become a certified health coach.
Implementing my coaching strategies and becoming better as a coach to help others is why I am a part of the OsteoStrong team.
OsteoStrong came into my life, and I knew I wanted to help coach and motivate people.
I wanted to help them become better mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Once I started OsteoStrong learning about how it operates and the community behind it, I became very passionate, with so many loving people here.
So every day I come to work, I can tell you that I come to work to help someone heal.
I’m working to put a smile on someone’s face. That gets me up every day, and it’s exactly what I need in my life.
People that motivate and inspire me help me age gracefully is what OsteoStrong does for us all.
